Who we are

Legend & Layer is a digital storytelling studio run by Eric Raszewski, based in Robertson, New South Wales, Australia. Write to hello@legendandlayer.com.

What we collect

If you send a project enquiry, the form is hosted by Less Annoying CRM. It asks for your name, email address, company or organisation name, website, and a message about the project. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. We use that information to reply.

If you book a 30-minute project call, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule that meeting. That booking happens on Calendly, not in a second calendar embed on this site.

The public website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel receives the technical information that arrives with a request — for example an IP address and browser — in order to serve the pages.

We do not run a marketing pixel or analytics tracker on this site. We do not sell mailing lists.

Cookies

The studio pages themselves do not set a marketing cookie. The enquiry form is an embed from Less Annoying CRM, Google reCAPTCHA runs on that form, and a booked call opens Calendly. Those services may set their own cookies when you use them.

Purpose

We hold enquiry and booking details so we can respond to project enquiries and keep the conversation you asked for. That is the only purpose.

Access and deletion

If you want to know what we hold, or you want it corrected or deleted, email hello@legendandlayer.com and we will handle the request.

Processors we use

The organisations named above — Less Annoying CRM, Google reCAPTCHA on that form, Calendly, and Vercel — are the processors this website actually uses. This notice does not invent others.
